Page 1 of 7 Links and Resources
We do have several links here that will help get you started with building your own web site,
but will be adding more as soon as we can. Some of our information is general information that you'll want to check out whether you're building your own web site or not.
Start with the Best
The best download you can get for yourself is the Firefox
browser. First you'll want a variety of browsers to test your site, but
secondly it is just a darn good browser for everyone. You can add any number of very
useful extensions, but the one we love the most is the Web Developer Tools extension.
Templates
Pre-built web sites, or templates, are a great
way to get a jump start on your web site. A search at Google for "web templates" will bring more results than you can view in a lifetime. Many sites offer free templates, and the rest have a reasonable price tag. If you're pressed for time, or just prefer to use something readily available, this may be a good choice for your site. Templates are available for static sites or the various content management systems such as Mambo.
If you prefer to build your own site, but would like to have a custom template for it, please contact us for information on how PC Arts can create this template for you.
